We use audio fingerprinting to match segments of a mix against a database of over 2 million tracks. It works even when tracks are beatmatched, layered, or EQ'd. You'll see each track with its position in the mix so you know exactly where it appears.
Not every track will get a match, especially unreleased edits, private bootlegs, or very underground productions. When we can't identify a track, we show you the timestamp gap so you know where to listen more closely.
We analyze the audio characteristics of a track and match it against 2 million tracks. Each result comes with a similarity score. It's not based on genre tags or listening history. It's based on what the music actually sounds like.
We check Bandcamp, Discogs, and Beatport for each track and show you real prices where available. Bandcamp is listed first when available because it pays the highest percentage directly to artists.
